Phase 1 of the HOCCO Bavla factory experience involved developing the visual strategy and digitally designing a series of illustrations, followed by painting approximately 1,100 sq. ft. across the factory over four days.

Alongside the artwork, we ideated a broader set of installations and interventions across the plant to create a cohesive experience throughout the factory, connecting its spaces, people, process and brand story.
The outer wall, which serves as the factory’s parking area, features HOCCO mascots arriving in style through different modes of transport, from rockets, boats to rickshaws. The playful narrative made the artwork more site-specific while adding movement and character to the space.
These illustrations are alternated with brand assets developed by Thought Over Design, featuring their iconic HOCCO “H” interpreted across different flavours, colours and variations.
